1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada & US.
2. Handling & Delivery time to Canada & United States
The Handling time for all Jewelry will be 1-2 Business days. Excluding holidays.
Delivery time is 2-3 business days, including signature, tracking & insurance.
Handling time for all Watches will be 2-3 business days. Excluding holidays.
Delivery time will be 3-5 business days, including signature, tracking & insurance.
3. Shipping Costs
All orders are subjected to Free Shipping. Once the items are added to cart no shipping costs will be included.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable (Except for Watches).
